I just got the Paragard IUD earlier today.

Insertion hurt a lot more than I expected, lol. Felt like a horrible cervical check when you're pregnant but took longer. Ahh.

Anyways, any advice on it? What do I look for when it's time to self-check, will I remember and realize if it was different from the last time?

Annnd finally, sex. Can you or your partner feel it during intercourse? Should we still use condoms?

Is rough sex okay, will it knock it out or something?
