Pinched nipples

Should I call my doctor about this?

Ever since I woke up this morning at 32+ 2 I've been feeling like my nipples are constantly being pinched and squeezed. I've been leaking A LOT (I've already had to wash shirts &bras cause I've leaked right through them and the nursing pad) and I'm just wondering is this normal? I'm a first time mom and I didn't think this was supposed to happen until after I've started breastfeeding. Is there anything I can do?
