Swollen lymph node possibly?
Sorry for the weird/probably tmi picture. 
It looks weird but it's a picture of my back right before my butt starts. I've had what looks like this swolleness right between my butt and bottom of spine. It doesn't hurt on its own but feels tender when being rubbed. Any ideas what's that could be? I have some swollen ness o the right side of my neck as well.
