12 weeks and still breastfeeding???

Hello mothers,

I'm 25 years old and my son in 17 months he is still breastfed due to milk/soy allergies. Some days it feel like I'm about to have a heart attack when he latch on. Is anyone else still bf'ing? Do it hurt? How from along are u? Congratulations to all the mothers one more week we will be in our 2nd trimester 🙌🙌🙌!

I'm still nursing my 2 year old @ 12 weeks pregnant with no end in sight! There are days it's pretty excruciating - but I don't let on like it is. Most days we love it, and there is no part of me that plans on weaning her. I am aiming to tandem nurse. 😊💕

Breastfeeding my 25 month old and I'm currently 13 weeks + 5 days. At times my daughter mistakenly bites down with her teeth? But never have I felt any other type of pain. Feel better, hang in there 👍🏻

Continuing to breast feed can cause premature labor so be careful are you able to pump at all ? Good job either way to keep bf for so long good luck

Congrats on extended breastfeeding. I am not still BF my boys as they are older so I can't help you there. Although I'm sure it feels sore at times with the new changes from this pregnancy. My oldest who is 7 now is not able to tolerate any kind of milk at all but can tolerate milk products. He does not drink any kind of milk at all and could only tolerate breastmilk. And he's fine. It's easy to get them enough calcium without milk. Just wanted to let you know that for the future. I was worried but my 7 year old is growing and doing just fine without milk!!

I'm continuing to pump and nurse my almost 15 month old while 12 weeks PG. There's some discomfort when he nurses for awhile but it's not too bad thankfully. I'm just winging it from here as I'm not sure if I'll dry up or he'll wean or if he'll want to continue nursing. Congrats to all you mamas that are nursing while PG!

I'm still nursing my 18 month old and I'm 15 wks pregnant. She really only nurses before bed but I can't say I have ever had that sensation. Always ask your doctor

Still bf my 25 months old. Obgyn said she is not worried about it. Im trying to wean her, but she is having a hard time... Nursing from one breast.. Before bed and before nap 4 times a week.. She told me there is little milk ( lol)... Its all about confort for my toddler.

I got pregnant with number 2 when Breastfeeding number 1.  It did hurt when he latched on.  Drove me up the wall sometimes. Other times it is ok. My son ended up weaning himself because my supply dropped.  It was actually pretty easy - he just stopped one day.
