What's should I do

So I've been on my bc for 5 months now but last week I was out of the country and the time zone was so different so I was trying to take the pills at the same time but it didn't happen and then when I came home me and my bf had sex and he came inside me and I had an orgasm and that night I totally forgot about my bc and didn't take it.. but I'm 2 days into when I'm supposed to have my period and I haven't got it yet! Some cramps and my vigina kinda feels swollen in away but he came in me 4 days ago so I really shouldn't be getting any symptoms right now right? & I haven't taken any bc before and he came in me all the time but I never ever got pregnant so idk....
