Weight loss help?
I was 99lbs before I got pregnant with my first baby I have had two full term pregnancies and now weigh 170lbs. I have been doing beach body workouts and I lost a few lbs but I just found out I'm pregnant. I haven't talked to my doctor yet and I have only been doing beachbody for a month. Do you think it is safe to continue my workouts? Or should I switch to just running or walking?
