Worry wart

7 weeks with shoulder pain in my left just started today on and off and its not a sharp pain its a throbbing pain kinda like I slept on it wrong... Worrying about an ectopic I haven't had any bleeding or pain or anything but I have had miscarriages so I worry about every little thing sigh
