Gestational diabetes babies

So i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 31 weeks& im kind of scared of how it might go for me. I have completely changed my diet for my baby's health&my own but i still cant help feeling worried. I have to either be induced at 39 weeks IF possible or have a C section idc about having either one done, i just want my baby to be healthy. If you went thru this What was your experience ?
