Throbbing Burn in Upper Abdomen?

I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant and for the past two days I've been having a throbbing/burning pain in my upper abdomen! It's very uncomfortable but not like sharp pains... I'm not sure if it just my organs moving or growing pains though! Has anyone ever experienced this or know what it could be? If it gets worst I'll call my doctor but right now it's bearable and my doctors nurse has an attitude so I really don't feel like blowing up on her today... 😒 thanks for any advice or help!
