Driving myself nuts!!

So I have an at home Doppler, I am 19 weeks 5 days, I've had 2 ultrasounds already and only one baby... Today while using the Doppler I swear I found 2 heart beats (3 total including mine)... I found the first one on the left side at 138, then I found another one on the right side (where I normally hear it at 148).... Am I going crazy? I also heard mine at 84 so I know that's not what I was hearing.
