HELP ?! Im 16w.

Question

Past two days Ive had minor/mild throbbing and aching pain in my lower right side of my back , and moving towards the front right side as well. The pain is consistant and doesnt go away nomatter what I do. It hurts more everyday .. Anybody have any ideas what it could be ?

Well it's probably because your uterus is getting heavier so it's leaning towards your spine for support. If you make an ice pack with 1 cup of rubbing alcohol and 3 cups of water it will perfectly conform to your back the way you like it. That is how I take care of the pain because Tylenol takes too long for me to notice. Also taking a nice warm bath will help with the pain. I hope this helps :) I was and am in the same boat and it's awful. I really feel for you.
