Hymen tore

So yesterday I decided it was time to like try and stretch my hymen because it was very small (couldn't even insert a tampon) so I took a toothbrush I wasn't using and interred the end. About 4 inches up I felt a pop and then I was bleeding. It wasn't painful or anything but my hymen was still pretty small, but big enough to insert my finger. After it bled I tried inserting My finger and I bled more which I thought was normal. So today I tried to insert my finger again and it started bleeding lightly... Is this normal?
