Can I have lobster or crab?

Question

It's my birthday and my husband wants to cook me lobster or crab. I have not had any all pregnancy. I am 29 weeks. 
If it's cooked can I have crab or lobster considering they are shell fish? 
Any recommendations for a birthday dinner? 
I am 35- ahh!

I'm not a lobster or crab fan, but to my understanding you can still have shellfish or low mercury fish but just limit it to 2 servings per week to keep from overdoing it with the mercury levels. Once in a while is just fine!! And happy birthday to you! 🎂🎉

My doctor told me it was okay, just to be careful with how much crab I ate because apparently it causes your uterus to contract. I never had that problem but it was always in the back of my head. I've ate it twice since I've been pregnant, once in the first trimester and once in the second.
