Face swollen 1 year after wisdom teeth

I'm going on one year since having my wisdom teeth out. My face was super super swollen after because the teeth were so deep rooted. My face still has a weird uneven shape a year later, like it permanently changed the shape of my cheeks and now I kind of have extra pouches there that never went away. Anyone else ever had this? Is there a way to get my face back to normal?
