Pain from transvaginal ultrasound.

Hi, I had this done last week and just trying to find out if anyone has ever had pain with this. The reason I had one done is bc they are trying to find out why I have ovary pain all the time and pain in my pelvic area. But when he did the ultrasound he didn't see anything wrong although it hurt so bad everywhere he looked with the ultrasound wand so he scheduled a CT scan for tomorrow. Just curious if anyone had this pain during this type of ultrasound and if so, what did the diagnosis come out to be?
