Testing after 2 miscarriages?

Hi! I am hoping to get some feedback if my midwife is average or if I need to look for a new provider. I have had 2 miscarriages and currently 4 weeks pregnant. I have discussed with her the anxiety I feel and the desire to have early testing to monitor my bloodwork, HGC and progesterone levels. So far it looks good but my frustration is that I have to ASK to come in for it. My sister had one and her dr ordered she do testing every few days for most of the first trimester to make sure she didn't miscarry again. My question is...are most docs likely to brush 2 mc aside and treat me no differently or should I seek a provider who will monitor me more closely? Thanks!!! I feel torn because I like her and have been with the clinic for years.
