Do you think It's too early

So I am not working at the moment my hubs is and I just got my state taxes back ( I know super late 🙄) but with that money I planned to buy the last remaining things for the nursery including a crib. Husband was upset because I planned to spend it all on that but I am 28 weeks and just really feeling unprepared!! He says he will buy it all just to wait a but longer but I know him it's so annoying because he is a last minute person where as I am not! Am I wrong for wanting to buy her crib or should I just wait.

I'd at least find the crib you want and make sure it will be available if you wait. Sometimes ordering can take a while.

I'm 23 weeks and we pretty much have everything. We started out trading a bunch of electronics in on Amazon for credit and started to purchase 1 item at a time, but family graciously stepped in and purchased all the remaining items we needed. We are waiting however to set up the nursery. I just don't want to jinx anything.

In my opinion I am big on saving and I agreed I hate doing things last minute but due to my current situation I would say save! Save!save! If your having a shower after the shower you can begin purchasing the big items or as daddy get pay purchase a few things at a time a watch how quickly it bill and once baby arrive you always have saving for big emergency even ask hubby to put towards it as well and watch it grow....

If it was souly your tax money go for it. You worked for it. If you filed together I would just use half now and half later.
