Low laying baby in cervix

Hey girls so I'm 20weeks and my baby girl has been laying low on my cervix. She said i need 2cm for vaginal birth. I feel like I should take it easy from my heavy duty job and focus on the baby, and put my self on bedrest. I saw my obgyn today cause I had light bleeding which she told me was normal for what I'm going through. I work in a hospital doing a lot of direct care. What u guys think? Any mommy going through this now or experienced this.
