Ovulation pain

My fertile window starts today and am curious about how ovulation pain feels like. Today my right ovary is really painful, not unbearably so, but like, if I sit down its a little stab feeling and a dull pain otherwise, also feeling super tired and a little nauseous. I started taking folic acid beginning of this month, also my period has been highly irregular, so I don't even know when my "day 14" is coz, sometimes my cycle is 28 days, sometimes 31 and it's also been 40 days. I will monitor my temp and cm etc. for now I'm interested in finding out what ovulation pain feels like.
