New job & fmla
Hello! Need some advice.
At around 8 weeks I had an interview for a new job. I just received word that a got this new job. I'm now 12 weeks.
I know legally that I'm not required to tell them but I also know that fmla doesn't kick in for all companies until after year 1. What advice do you have for me ladies?
I'm super excited because this job means no more lifting patients, just drawing blood. And a lot of other benefits.
