Help - FTM

I'm 38wks pregnant. I'm having horrible back pain with period like cramps. Back pain is consistent and the period pain comes and goes and I have had to go to the bathroom (#2) a few times now - I'm just not sure if this could be labor or false labor 😰 I'm currently at work just trying to get through the day. No water breaking no mucus plug. What do you think? I haven't timed anything yet bc I am just so unsure!
