Could this be gestational diabetes?

I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant. The last couple of weeks I've noticed some days I get heart racing, headaches and extra tired. The last two days I realized its when I eat. I just ate a sub and within 30 minutes my head hurts, heart pounding and now I'm ready to sleep. My doctor told me to wait for three more weeks to get the glucose test. Do you think these might be signs or just regular pregnancy issues?

I almost wonder if you are having blood pressure issues. Do you have a monitor you can use?

Some of those symptoms could indicate anemia, which is common during pregnancy.

I have had almost the same symptoms. Has happened a few times now, I get light headed, racing heart, and get really hot feeling. I have told my obgyn and my primary care physician about it and they both said the same thing... That it's normal for these things to happen during pregnancy cuz of blood going to rhe baby or something and to eat small frequent meals and lots of water. But I've noticed it has happened every time within a few hours of waking up or after eating in the morning. I actually had to leave work today cuz it wasn't going away.

I have the exact same things happen to me. I passed my glucose test with no problem, no anemia, and my blood pressure has been low. It's so weird and uncomfortable!

I have the same exact thing going on with me right now. I just got my test results back  and had no diabetes, high blood pressure, or anemia. He said some times pregnancies have weird symptoms..

Usually gestational diabetes doesn't have any symptoms. It could be something else like anemia

I have had almost the exact same thing except no headaches. But my heart races, I feel weak, and shaky, etc. and I took my blood sugar an hour and a half after eating after having one of those episodes. and it was 114. Average should have been closer to 140 I believe. So my sugar was actually really low after eating! I have my diabetes test next Thursday so I am hoping they can tell me if it's normal!

Could this be gestational diabetes?
