IUD?? 🤔

I'm 18 and about to graduate high school in a couple of weeks (yay!) My mom said that I can get a birth control after high school and with my own money. I've done research on different kinds of methods and I've come to conclusion of the best method is an IUD, Paragard specifically bc I'm not too sure on the ones like Skyla with the hormones. What are the steps to getting more information about receiving it? Which doctors should I go to? And who on here has/have it and your insights on it?
