What does this mean?

So at my follicle ultrasound today the nurse said I have one of the worst cases of pcos she's ever seen. But I had two mature follicles and she said it looks great. So confused. Is my pcos too bad for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> to work or is everything great?
