Food stamps fair hearing

Ok ladys so i did everything i had to with my resertification i send everything on time now they telling me they had a problem with the system and i never got anything for may i whent there and didn't help basically now i called them and they said they should have given me foodstamps money for may since i did everything right and going for fair hearing cause they skip a month is telling them im getting for june but nothing for may and may case been active i have noo food at home at all i whent to food pantry and they ask if i had food stamps i said yes and didnt give me anything I explain everything that was happening and nothing!!  Anyone have ever done fair hearing? What was your experience?
