Smell of vagina

So idk how to really say this but I have this Oder and I just don't like the way it smell never had this smell before and I really don't know what your vagina suppose to smell like. I had a friend of mine tell me to use summer eve so I started use that but only when I was on my cycle. Then I had another friend tell me that using it is not so good so I stop. Now let me say this I'm not no nasty girl I shower three times a day, keep up with my highgenes. When I have sex I ask my boyfriend does it smell weird and he tells me no but I have this strong nose so now that I smell it I'm quick to shower. So I guess my question is do your vagina suppose to have a smell to it?
