Look, I get it, I've been there myself. I once allowed a man to control me physically, mentally and worst of all emotionally. I understand how hard it can be to take a step back and see what's really going on and how bad and toxic the situation really is but I did it and so can you. I'm now married to a man who treats me like a princess and I'm so happy with MYSELF that if one day he wakes up and decides he wants to leave... I'll help him pack because I know what I'm worth. 
When my situation happened a friend recommend a book called "why men love bitches" and it changed my outlook on myself, men and my relationships. It will teach you about independence, your relationships and self worth! I've recommended this book to many friends who have struggled and they all love it. I highly suggest this to all women, especially young adults who are entering the dating world. If only I had known about this all those years ago!!
