Stomach still soft 😩

What on earth is going on ? This is my 3rd baby with my girls my stomach was so hard and big and round this one is a boy and my stomach is still squishy I'm 24 weeks I was 130 lbs pre pregnancy not fat at all I understand that plus size women go trough this but I wasn't plus size and if I pinch my stomach I can actually grab the fat that's how   I look just fat I do have my bump but it's not hard I jut don't get it this wasn't like this with my other 2
