Help me?

So my boyfriend and I fooled around on Saturday, he didn't cum and never inserted it into to me, but I was suppose to have my period today, I have been excersising more lately and kind of stressed about grad next week and a little bit of stress because of this scare, am I pregnant? And when we started to do a little more I made him wear a condom he still didn't cum but idk, kind of scared help me!
