Positive home tests Vs negative doctor test :/

My partner and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. We were given clomid to help ovulation (I have pcos) in February which gave me regular cycles. March 29th was my last period - I have pregnancy symptoms (nausea, uterus aches, fatigue, headache, sensitive breasts & more). This week I have had light but definitely positive pink dye tests & faint blue dye tests (all in the time frame advised). This morning the doctors tested my urine & it came up negative but she waited 1 minute maximum. I had my bloods taken today too so I'm hopeful they will come back positive to match my tests. I'm just after some advice/support please ladies. I've contacted my gynaecologist but he's so busy :( x
