Fertility med induced acne

So this is a stupid vain question but i have the WORST zits. Since i started taking the fertility meds (thinking is the menopur not the femara) I have pimples that just will not go away. My friend says they are the cystic tyle which I dont think I have ever had before. A few have been there for over two months. Has this happened to anyone else?Any suggestions? Tips?
