I'm kind of with this guy and he doesn't go down on me because he's really new to it... And also he's allergic to cats, and he's kind of a dick. But I like him... I told him a while back to not get attached and a few nights ago I told him that he can get attached and now he says things like "I hope you never leave me" and idk what to do. He's kind of immature for his age, but I don't think I could ever be in love with somebody like him. And he's my roommate. What do I do?
