Having horrible anxiety and feel like it's affecting my fertility. Having cramping and panic attacks a lot lately... Moved so I think it caused a lot of stress ...

I have PTSD and bad anxiety. I use Cannabis to help me since I was addicted to pharmaceuticals for 4years and they are part of the reason my anxiety is so bad. I abused Xanax and Ativan the most. If you don't want to or can't use cannabis then try essential oils. Lavender and chamomile are the best to use. Yoga is a big help too. Good luck.
