Help I'm so worried :-( low hcg levels

I went for blood test on Wednesday ( 16dpo) and my hcg level was at 34 ( which is low) and my progestrone level was 14 ( which is also low) ..going for my second set of bw tomorrow. have anyone here started with low numbers like this and still stayed pregnant? I had a Mc last year and it's so hard and devastating:-( I'm freaking out right now ..
