Kegel Balls?

I just had my LO 3 weeks ago today. This morning my husband and I tried to have sex and failed miserably due to my loose vagina from childbirth. I want to use kegel balls but am unsure if they're safe for use so soon after birth?

You are supposed to wait until you are 6 weeks postpartum and have a checkup before having sex. You need to let your self heal first

Wait the six weeks....give your body time to heal and be ready for sex...and do lots and lots of kegels!!!  They work!!

When I was 3 months pp I got jade eggs and they have helped alot. I felt really loose and embarrassed the first time I had sex. Jade eggs are amazing and worth the money.
