Constipation?

My baby is 2.5 months old she's both formula and breastfed. She's been constipated she yells when she poops and when she does it's really thick and only a little bit. Is there anything I could give her to make it a little easier? I called her doctor but they won't be able to get back to me till Monday :/

You can give her 1/2 oz of gerber juice like pear or prune with an oz of water mixed together or give 2oz of wateror drink some prune juice or some vegetables it'll go to ur breast milk and ur baby will get it that way; my baby is 10weeks and dr told me he can have 2oz of water a day and that sometimes helps too with constipation

Maybe it's his forumula? You could try and talk about it With your baby's doctor. I fed him a bit of water every once in a while when he felt constipated. You could also use soap as a suppository. Make sure to talk to your doctor about that too. I know I did, and he recommended certain brands.
