Questions about pregnancy!

Took a test today it was a faint line but noticeable going in to get a blood test done but I have been getting winded very easily and tired and my nipples are sore when they get hard tmi I'm sorry but could these be positive signs?? I don't trust at home tests because I have had to many false positives in the past so I'm hoping it's a real positive but will know for sure once blood test is done! and so in trying to figure out what to expect if I am and any tips please!!
