Mom's Birthday Gift Idea

My mother's birthday is coming up at the end of the month but I am trying to get a idea for what to make her. She adores handmade gifts so I want to give her something from the heart. She's blind but has just a tiny bit of vision, she can see the contrast between bright colors and dark, and some shapes. I'm looking for something that she might be able to see, but feel also. I thought about making this picture for her, using my son's hand, and my daughter's feet, then maybe using glitter on the letters so she can feel the texture? I'm also going to use a different color besides what's in the picture, she wouldn't be able to see the difference between these two bright colors. I'd love to hear your ideas and thank you in advance!
