Help please.

I went to the ER yesterday and the doctor determined I had a hemorage in my placenta. He said the baby should be fine and that it was measuring a week ahead at 13w2days instead of 12w2days...

My first question is has anyone has a hemorrhage in their placenta and went on to have a healthy baby? I am terrified....

Second question is should I go based on what the er doctor told me regarding how far along I am or what I was told like 3 weeks ago at my obgyn ultrasound?
