UTI! Help!!

So for the past 5 months I've been getting a UTI after every time I have sex. I've gone on antibiotics before, but even that didn't end it. It's so annoying to have to deal with the symptoms and have to take antibiotics. Trust me..my partner's and my hygien is as good as possible to try to avoid them but even then it doesn't help... Is there a permanent treatment for this??
