My bf says I demascluinize him. NEED ADVICE

My boyfriend says I demascluinize him because I don't initiate sex enough and I'm not like other girls he's dated, who "jump his bones." I put on lingerie and he doesn't even acknowledge it. I light candles to get the mood going. I try to make the experience of sex more fun (like adding foreplay... Which he doesn't do at all but that's a different problem).
