!!TMI!! Postpartum Bleeding & Discharge?!

 I squatted down to grab something and felt like I peed myself but could feel it came from my vagina (felt unusually wide). I went and looked and had blood all in my pants so I went to wipe off and had mushy clotting come out that broke apart easily (not too much. 2 clots the size of the one in the pic below) and a lot a lot of bright red bleeding. The clotting smells like when you get food stuck in your teeth and it smells bad...

What do I do? Not running fever. Only minor cramping accompanying it? Could it be infection? My husband and I did attempt to have sex but only for maybe 2 minutes and he was wearing a condom and we rinsed off immediately after to insure no infection or anything.... I did have stitches if that makes a difference. What should I do?
