Is it weird that I want my period back..?

Hey ladies! I am officially 3 months postpartum, and have been on the mini pill since the 6 week mark. I can't have anything with estrogen because I threw a clot shortly after giving birth and tried to die. Anywho! I hate hate hate the way I feel on the mini pill. I have no appetite, even less of a sex drive, and they've managed to put a noticeable dent in my milk production too, which is no bueno.

I am, for the first time in my adult life, seriously wishing I would just get my period already so I can switch back to some form of natural family planning and avoid my ovulation week. I know it's a bit risky, but considering it took us over a year to conceive when we were actively trying, it's a risk I'm happy to take.

How long did it take you breastfeeding mama's out there to get your Aunt flow back..?
