Empty after birth

Hi everyone I'm 36 weeks pregnant with my ivf baby. I also have a older son. I suffered a ectopic pregnancy which led to both tubes removed. Anyway now I'm coming towards the end all family are getting really exited to get her out ect and I can't help but think I want to keep her in there want to stay pregnant. We decided this is our last ivf and I just want to make the most of been pregnant I want to meet her so bad but want to stay pregnant too. Ivf cost us alot of money plus we only have a 2 bed house so looking to move in the next 3 years. I suffered alot when I was diagnosed with infertility and once ivf worked we decided to have our family then get on with our lives and be happy but I'm scared once baby starts to get older I'm going to crave another and we decided not to. Anyone else go through this. Feels like once she's out I'll have a beautiful baby but my body will be empty again x
