Possible miscarriage tmi

I have had a miscarriage before, but this pregnancy I had light spotting after sex which turned into bleeding but only when I wiped which stopped after two times of wiping. Now has completely stopped. There was no clotting ,Has anyone had this where it completely stopped and then they miscarried? I was just thinking if my body knew something was wrong and was rejecting the baby why would it stop.
