Ok so this is my first miscarriage so I don't know what to expect. I've seen a few clots like these (around the same size)on 3 different occasions since Friday. I was 5 weeks when I found out that I miscarried. Should I expect bigger clots?

Yes. I am assuming that you found out that your baby stopped growing and now you are waiting to pass everything naturally. For me, it was pretty much like a normal period except when I was "in labor" to pass everything. It lasted about three hours and I had clots anywhere from golf ball to baseball size clots. I say labor because that's basically what your body goes through in order to pass everything. I believe that the sac with my baby was in one of the clots because I never saw my baby, but don't be alarmed if you do. A lot of people I have talked to actually saw their baby. I am so sorry for your loss.

I had clots like this and then one very large golf ball sized clot, which was the sac. I think it can be different for everyone. I'm sorry girl!

I was much farther but my clots were generally bigger than that. I was 11 weeks when I m/c, but baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

For me personally it got worse after I passed baby because I still had to pass placenta. I passed a fist sized clot. It got better for a while. Then I passed the placenta hours later after it got worse again. You can see my pics and my story on my blog if you want. I miscarried in decemeber of 2k15 , i had contractions for two days than passed the baby , yes i seen alot of big clots but once the baby passed it i felt so much better
