Anyone else contemplating if it's labor at every BH?

37w4d--I'm running on 4 hours of sleep because I was so uncomfortable last night. I was having intense Braxton hicks contractions for 30 seconds at a time and about every 10 minutes for an hour straight. I thought I might be in labor, but alas I was wrong :( I am also having horrible hip joint pain that sometimes brings me to my knees. anyone else in the same boat?
