Vvvfl or evap help!!!

So about a week ago I got what I thought was either AF or a m/c Cuz I was hurting pretty bad and passed a few blood clots and one that was pretty big haven't really had any pregnancy symptoms went to the Dr had a blood test done they was both negative then took this early this morning and saw this....I've never got an evap on a cheapy before and the bleeding only lasted for 3 days but I bled through one tampon...I don't know what to think about this...
