HELP! It's nothing about vaginas or boobies

It's about my mouth. Recently I've noticed some small white spots right on top of my gum that covers my wisdom tooth. I'm 19 years old. They're really small and I've noticed them also on the right side of the hard upper part inside my mouth. They go away if I rub them with the tooth brush but then they bleed. Does anyone know what this could be? Have you ever had it? Please help I can't go to a doctor right now and I'm driving myself crazy.
