Missed pill

I was recently on Amethia ( seasonale/seasonique generic) I missed a pill the day I had unprotected sex and the following day I missed that pill as well ( took it over 8hrs later than I'm supposed too) I started spotting the day after unprotected sex and even after i tried to get back on track I continued to bleed so i stopped all together. So is it possible that I could've gotten pregnant?
